Terms of Service

The service

Dialback ("we", "us") provides automated missed-call text-back, lead qualification, follow-up, and appointment booking for businesses ("you"). The service uses automated messaging, including AI-generated responses, sent on your behalf through third-party platforms and telecommunications carriers.

Billing and cancellation

The service is billed monthly in Canadian dollars at the rate shown on our website. There is no long-term contract: you may cancel at any time by emailing hello@dialback.co, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

Service limitations

Message delivery depends on telecommunications carriers and third-party platforms outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of any individual message, or any particular business outcome, revenue, or number of bookings, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Automated responses may occasionally contain errors; we work to minimize these but you are responsible for the commitments your business makes to its customers.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
